2. Add Everything to the Pot

Place all the prepared vegetables into a large pot or Dutch oven.

3. Add the Liquid

Pour in the water or vegetable broth until the vegetables are completely covered.

4. Simmer

Bring the soup to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 25–30 minutes, or until all the vegetables are very tender.

5. Blend

Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth and creamy. For a thicker or thinner consistency, adjust with a little extra broth or water.

6. Season and Serve

Season with salt, black pepper, and your preferred spices. Ladle into bowls and garnish with freshly chopped dill or parsley.

Important Note About Weight Loss

This soup is naturally rich in vegetables and fiber and can be relatively low in calories, depending on the ingredients and portion size.

However, restrictive programs that promise to help you lose 5 kg in 7 days are not a reliable approach to sustainable weight loss. A rapid change on the scale is often largely related to water and glycogen changes rather than pure body-fat loss, and overly restrictive diets may also make it harder to meet your nutritional needs.

For a healthier approach, enjoy this soup as part of a varied and balanced diet that includes adequate protein, healthy fats, whole grains, fruits, and other nutrient-rich foods.
